Unprofessional service. After speaking with a female employee this morning, I had my employees drive 50 miles in traffic to pick up a part necessary for repairs on a clients vehicle. When arrived, agreed price went up $100 and part wasn’t ready. A “deposit” was needed so they could dissemble a part. Why waste others time? Why did they tell me to have it picked up “after lunch”? Disappointing

Called around and no one had the part for a C class Benz, Al had one and price was definitely reasonable..

Do not trust this guys warranty. I just had to spend hours Filling out a small claims law suit packet. He is never avilable when it comes time to honor it. Leaves town. Then tell you it over 90 days. We will take it to court.
