Terrible customer service, and nearly useless website.Their site has a TON of parts that are listed, that are not actually for sale. If you call or email them about what the prices were, they tell you they don't keep track of the information. The end. No offer to try to find out information.I mean, it's on the website, SURELY someone had to upload it in the first place, and change it from the price, to "Sold"....couldn't even ask them? No invoices? No database? What kind of company doesn't keep track of things they sell? And why keep up photos of parts that are so long gone, that no one even knows anything about them?Even if you want to claim that they're just a salvage yard (they're not), it's not that hard to create a database of things that get sold. You know. Invoices. Receipts. BASIC BOOKKEEPING.It's almost 2022. Stop running your website/company like it's 1970.And if the owners stand up to their pattern, they'll be a long shortly to say I'm a troll, or have never shopped with them, etc. Go ahead, stick to your script. Blame your customers, instead of fixing your problems.
