Was very rude. Told me a price then when I got the part off it doubled. Then acted like I was the one trying to rip them off never again will I deal with those scumbags

Absolutely horrible company. If I can give them 0 stars I would. They love to tow cars without putting a warning notice and then decide to put said notice on AFTER TOWING. The people are very rude and enjoy bending/breaking the rules to their amusement.

I found them the most responsive and very kind when my car's door was locked. Lots of appreciation for their services.

They were so kind and helpful. I had accidentally left my windows down and forgot to leave the keys, but the lady there was nice enough to cover the windows with plastic overnight. They made it easy to release my car so my insurance could pick it up. Overall great experience.

Well only the businesses with them once was trying to do more business with them but short staffed so they couldn't help me and I did buy a part and they wanted it so that was good , other than that , they need help I think, young man who's driving rollback kind of rude needs to have his manners checked

I locked my key inside my car. I called Kelso's for help. The driver showed up in about 10 min & had my door open in 2 min. Over alI, I was very pleased with the professionalism and the reasonable priceing.

I needed a wheel for my Dodge truck. I went to Kelso's & he came out to my truck, looked & took a pic of the wheel, went back in the office & found a pic in the book. Less than 24h later, I received a call saying he found it!! I couldn't believe it! It is a family ran business with a great atmosphere with the knowledge to be able to go above & be on to help you.

Theres no pictures because when bad things happen ofcourse the phone dies but Kelso fully delivered punctual quality service he was extra careful with the car making sure it didnt get mishandled and it's a 98 Honda (shows a lot) great service thanks Kelso. If anything happens we know who to call!!
