Mind you this list is for them to track a part for a client and sell it to them at a higher cost. He gave me the list for free. I ended up finding one in good shape and at great cost in Reno. I had a good experience with these guys, and wanted to write a review since the only other one on here as of writing this was not great. In short, I had a transmission go out on a vehicle with pretty high miles. It wasn't really worth it to install a new remanufactured transmission because it would probably outlast the rest of the vehicle... But the vehicle is otherwise still pretty nice. So I decided to look into used. I found a number of decent options on a site where multiple auto wreckers list their inventory. The one Toledo had was just about the lowest mileage one in the entire US, but was a bit more expensive than some with not THAT many more miles. I called them and the owner Gil was willing to negotiate the price down a bit for me until I thought it was worth it to shave those miles off vs the others. I was not local, so he even had it shipped to my mechanic freight. There were no hitches with ordering or delivery. It showed up to my mechanic just fine, and once it was installed it has been working great. He did include a 30 or 60 day warranty too, but I haven't had to use it and don't expect to need to. So I saved $1000+ bucks vs going with even the cheapest remanufactured one, and still have a transmission that will probably outlast the rest of the car! So worked out great for me. Gil was a nice guy and easy to work with. I would definitely do business with them again if I needed to.

Went to Toledo Auto Dismantling this evening, to look at vehicles for sale and was greeting by a staff member, super nice , she started the vehicle, I was interested in and let me inspect it and did let me know the vehicle was smogged and brake light inspection done, after that I decided to take it on a test run and she let me know where to go, I test drove the vehicle and drove back and was greeted by Gil he was also nice and helpful. I had such a nice pleasant experience and definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

These guys were all around awesome. They were friendly, accommodating, and super responsive. I had my car taken care of within 24 hours and couldn’t have been happier. Not only did they take care of the car, but they handled the paperwork as well, which made a rather complicated situation totally stress free. No shady toll phone lines or weird salesmen trying to rip you off - they listened to what my priorities were and handled business like pros. I would highly recommend!!!!

Gil was beyond helpful. I visited a few places looking for a few parts to fix my wrecked Camry.. Most reasonably priced for the labor they do. Fast friendly and did a quality job.. Can't ask for much more... He knew exactly what I needed to get my baby up and running again... Much different then some of the other places I visited. They also had a bunch of other cars for sale when I greeted him at his office. Give them a call, I promise you you won't be disappointed!

Bought a "salvage title, running w/no issues" 97 Camry from here a years ago as my first car at 18 years old. IIRC, had maybe 115k miles on it. $1400 later and driving home, ABS issues, car locked up while driving, and antitheft device would set off 50% of the time you'd start the car. Very heartbreaking/sad experience considering my situation back then. Dishonesty. 90% sure the guy's name was Gilbert. He was very nice in person, but unfortunately was deceitful. This is a very late review, but I hope it helps someone, as this was a big life impact for me back then.

They will give the best dollar for your car... I had a 2001 Altima that I needed to get rid of. Every other place including Pick and Pull only offered me a maximum of 180-220 and they weren't able to get the car until a week later. Gave these guys a call and they were able to come out the same day and offered me 350 of my car. Best service of any towing/wrecking yard in Sacramento!
