I bought a transmission for a 17 fusión from Oscar. He never mentioned to me that I had only 15 days to return the core. I got the transmission replaced 30 days after to find out the transmission had metal shavings. I called him he said to take the transmission back and I’ll get my money back because he had no more transmission to change it. I paid another mechanic 2900 to replace it again and when I was ready to take that transmission back to Oscar. now his excuse was that I never returned the core. Now he’s not answering.
