    Super friendly, super helpful staff. This was my first time at this location and they were more than happy to accommodate. The equipment operator was sweeping with a magnet to pick up nails after each dump. I really appreciated this, tires are expensive!

    Overpriced. I pay 3 times here for the same service I get at another house. Their auto-pay system is a complete failure. The customer service people are nice enough but they don't know anything.

    I was walking my dog when I saw their truck driver get out and walk up to the house to check their trash. It was full, but they had forgotten to take it to the street, so the driver rolled the bin to his truck emptied it and he even put it back by the house. I've never seen such a considerate garbage truck driver before.

    Paying monthly what other companies charge as a 3 month rate. Dahl has monopolized The Waldport and Yacht's area.Our trash has been missed numerous times on pickup day. Only to be told it'd be picked up Monday. Monday comes and still no pickup. This has happened twice in the last several months. Resulting in them having to switch out our can .We pay an outrageous price, for mediocre service.

    Wish I could rate this company less than one star. VERY poor customer service, driven by inconsiderate drivers driving obscenely obese vehicals that are distroying the secondary roads in Yachats. This is what happens when a monopoly is allowed to control a community. I certainly hope ODOT is monitoring the damage this neglectfully, profit driven company is damaging our community at a significant cost to residents down the road ......

    the folks are wonderful the service is good but the prices are way up and recycling is being impeded , i was in Florence and they were night and day better
