If you have a website account and receive a Free Admission voucher it discourages you to use it. Why you asked? So you walk up to the entrance and show the voucher from your phone. The guy tells me to leave my tools in front of him and instructs me to go in line to get a receipt. Most of the time you have ONE cashier working with three to four employees in the background and the line is long. THEN after you finally get your receipt, you go back in the other line for the entrance. They should fix this.

Terrible truck drivers coupled with shady trucking business. 18 wheeler damaged my windshield. I provided all sorts of evidence they needed and filled out a 4 page form they required. With all that being done, they still wouldn't pay to fix my windshield.
