I came here a few weeks ago for a replacement hood for my wife’s vehicle. Talked to a gentleman there named Julian, a class act all around. Paid for my part and returned later in the afternoon to pick up. Julian made everything super easy, and his insight was much appreciated. Will likely be back here again, customer service was perfect

I am writing to formally complain about my experience with your company regarding a defective car part and the way my case was handled. I picked up part of my order in October. The remaining part was not ready at that time and stayed in a car, so I was only able to pick it up in November. After installation, my electrician checked the part yesterday and confirmed that it does not work. The part already contains a troubleshooting/error code that is impossible to delete, which means it is defective and unusable. I contacted your store to return or exchange the part. Your manager told me that this was not possible because of a “25-day warranty.” I explained that the warranty period should start from the date I picked up the part in November, not October, and that today is only November 24. Despite this, he refused to help me. During the call, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said, “You can pick it up after 3 years, we don’t care about it,” and then hung up the phone on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Because of this, I contacted Car-Part and filed a formal claim, as I believe this situation constitutes a scam. I paid for a part that does not work, was denied a return or exchange unfairly, and my money has not been refunded. When I came in person to complain, the staff laughed instead of helping me. I am requesting an immediate resolution, either a full refund or a proper replacement. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint further. Also I will send this email to BBB , consumer protection and bank !

One of the best auto recycling yards in our area. Parts are always as described and in good condition. Ordering was rather easy via a website which displayed pictures of the item and then I arranged free delivery for a few days later. Thank you Ramon for exceptional service.
