This place used to be good. Now they are a ripoff! My wife showed the cashier a price on their website and the girl told her that environmental fees $and taxes were $9 on a $16 part. Also they added the fake warranty after I said that I didn't want it. I will NEVER go there again

I don’t see how they can stay in business!!! I called 7 times and got hung up on by the system or by the workers. At first I thought it was the employees. They would answer and immediately put me on hold, and then as soon as we start to do anything to receive any customer service, it would hang up. Then I call back again and the man confirmed they had my part and apparently it’s the only one piece of this in the entire city of Los Angeles, and as soon as I tried to make arrangements to get it, it hung up again. Then I called again and got another guy that he informs me that they don’t have the part to ship time for many days and then it hung up when I tried to do that. Then I called another location and their system that was going to be open later with pick your part option and then the entire operating system hung up on me six times in a row. This whole process was over an hour and yielded nothing. So for a grand total of 13 hangups, I finally decided that I have to write a review about this place and never call them for anything ever again! It’s outrageous and absolutely insane. It feels like a dystopian type of experience. Just order your parts from Walmart or Amazon or something else. This is disturbing to the soul to try and deal with 13 hangups. No company is worth it.

Pick-&-Part change a lot thay price gouging now. about 3 years ago there was only two different prices .truck part prize or car part prize now they want to charge for Pacific year & models of vehicle which is crazy now. used to be $3 to get in. it didn't go up $1 it went up to $2. $5 to get in now. I think it's cheaper now to go to a wrecking yard then to the junkyard now days. I give the stuff credit they are friendly and helpful down to earth when you got a question so I give the stuff a five-star

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have been here 5 times now with my husband. So far we have had good luck finding what we need. We even did the bar program with one of our cars. They made it super easy for us.

So this is my second time at LKQ. This time like last I needed a tire/rim. They have a nice website. I was able to locate and see a photo of the car (1992 Toyota Celica) that I needed to pick from. Once on the lot after a short walk there it was. The exact match. Both in great condition. Prices are fair too.

The staff at the entrance where helpful. They give you a map as well. But if you find your part on-line and write down the row number they'll point you in the right direction and get it right the first time. If they have your car go asap, there busy so cars can get picked quickly. Free parking. It's a parts yard so dress accordingly. They have handwashing stations for when your done. Do a search for at least 3 locations when looking for a part. There all close and the prices are great. And bring your own tools. A basic kit will do.

Pick Your Part performs a good service benefiting most customers. If you are looking for used parts just pay the 3.00 entry fee and remove your own parts. If you have an old car running or not contact the company to make out the required paperwork. The process is easy and the friendly employees make the process even easier.

If you're just a snowflake don't come to pick your Parts but then again maybe you should because please don't wear your flip-flops I don't even think they let you in with flip flops but it's a cultural and it's like treasures of the Lost ark and treasures of the Lost Subaru it's just awesome

I didn't opt in for insurance on a rear window shock, drove down the street and realized I grabbed the wrong size and turned around...asked the guy at the gate if I can just run. And grab the smaller one...told me all sales final.i paid 60 bucks, worked all day for that money ,took a tottle loss.left them with the part and told them ill never be back again.im a local customer for many of years.sorry to get treated this way.i even asked for the manager to resolve the problem with a 1 time Curtisy and was told "no way,all sales finalized drove over a hr to get there in the first place.really feeling bad here that I couldn't call since I was told they closed that part of there department, also leaving a message with the manager doesn't get returned.tweeker spot or super spreader is what I feel that place is all about.im a blue collar sr citizen and work with the public as a lead or manager at Ralphs grocerystore and feel they need to change there understanding.

Great 'junkyard' where you can find plenty of parts for various vehicles. Not costly to get in, there is a premium section you have to pay to get in separate from the main yard. Great way to find a part to fix a vehicle if you don't mind putting the work in and getting a little dirty.

Service too bad and dealy in processing. Few years ago I retired my car as SA recycling and it was done in 2 min. No need to get out of the car, check printed right way. Here I have fill 5 to 6 papers run between the office and car quite a few times and they expect to wait 100 degree heat and it took more than hour and still waiting..

It had been a while since I've been to this junkyard, I liked it better before when the cars were in categories, now they are all mixed up I didn't feel like walking around looking for a car like mine, for me, kind of overwhelming.

Great place to find parts. Good selection of cars. If you find a part, remove and pay today. Many cars are gone tomorrow. Entrance fee is $3. and if you want newer cars they charge an additional $2

I turned my car in to be crushed at this location. Some signage instructing people where to go and park would be very helpful.

overpriced parts. they don't respect the prices shown on their website. I called and made a report about this issue. I have paid overpriced parts in the past because I really needed the parts, but enough is enough.Today, they tried to sell me a smog pump for $48+cents when the real price is $23+cents(price posted on their own website)

It's good if you have an older model vehicle, parts most of the time they cost as much as the auto parts store risking that they don't work Rather getting them New knowing that they actually do work when I get them from the parts store and on top of that you got to taking them off the vehicle wasting your day in sun and getting dirty on top of that.
