They are really friendly Alex nice guy and helpful the only problem is a lot of metal on floor and is damaged my tires honestly they clean the floor but not very well

Sat 7/27/2024 we filled our Prius with all recycles we could save and drove to nearby Standard Industries around 10:30 AM. But then I got extremely nervous discovering after getting paid and I look at the receipt that the new employed teenager boy at the weighting terminal (computer & weight scale) severely trick me mimik that wighting 50+ glass bottles but instead he kyed only 8 bottles while we entirely filed the bin imposible to rise it, perhaps ~50 glass bottles. I'm still v. frustrated & angry! FIRE THAT YOUNG MAN!

I went here because I read reviews and one review said that this particular person was excited because they felt they received a greater value for their recyclables than the place they previously went (mentioning no names) so I thought “hmm, I’ll try it too”, and Satanard Industries did not disappoint. Also while I was unloading my vehicle, I’m not sure if the young man noticed that I was kinda struggling with one of the bags, came over and help right away. Talk about customer service!
