I purchased a bumper for $1,000 that was "undamaged". When i saw the bumper it was all in black primer which they said was because they fixed scratches so i bought it and had it painted.When i went to instal the bumper and i twisted it slightly upon assembly the bumper BROKE IN HALF! The bumper was being bonded down the middle with half an inch of bondo which they then covered with primer and sold to me as undamaged for $1,000. I tried to get my money back but they turned very aggressive against me and long story short i did't get anything back but an explanation that parts are sold as is.Don't be like me, buy from a more honest provider.

Went to apple they didn't have the part . Then the owner radioed the part on the cv and someone in commerce had it for like 150$ He saw me and must have felt bad cuz I looked like I lost hope since I wasn't gonna drive that far for it. He then said wait kid I'll call these guys for you. They answered and apples owner said I gotta kid looking for an alternator for Audi ,long story short 50 $ they quoted over the phone get there and they hooked it up even cheaper. Best salvage yard experience . It felt surreal like they made my life easier . I look forward to buying from these guys again.

These guys are very friendly , looking at the other reviews I’ve got to say the bad ones are not what these guys are about. Workers are very friendly and try there best to help you even while they’re busy I highly recommend this place if you ever need bmw or Benz parts if they don’t have the part they’ll give you another location that has it . Great place !!

Went to get a AC unit for my 2001 BMW X5. I was quoted over 1000$ from a bmw mechanic for a "brand new" ac unit and claimed it needed programming. Called up 24 hour auto they had my AC for let's just say for about 80% less for what my "certified bmw mechanic" that only uses OEM parts quoted me for. It was a huge relief and life saver. They also make shure the parts work so you just not buying a random part like from any other salvage yard where you take a big risk. I will be coming back for any of my cars needs here.

About this place... bad services... the gangstar looking guy in the office idk if is the owner. He always wants to make the sale. If the part doesn't fit .and you going back asking for refund . You gonna expect this guys talking rude to you... and you are not getting money back . I ll get take the part back or get credit for something elso.. make sure to go this place.

ZERO STARS Horrible customer service, the driver (who claims to be an owner) Mike used foul language in our lobby and infront of customers. The truck and the parts smelled like weed. Called to inform that their driver hadn't been professional in our business lobby, and got met with instant sarcasm and attitude. Tried to explain the situation to Phoenix the "manager" and he literally said "so you're special, would you like me to hold your hand so you can complain" then as I was still trying to resolve the matter he decided to tell me that he wished I would complain in person so I could see what happens. Submitted a BBB complaint. Will never do business with them again, and informed the insurance company of the problem, and they won't be directing anyone there either. Return policy is garbage as well ZERO STARS
