My new car did not come with spare tire. Phoenix not only was able to immediately find a spare donut tire and rim for me (meaning they found it for me, not me searching through their inventory), they also provided all of the tools, the jack, the bolt to hold the tire still in the trunk, and the insert cover so that my trunk floor would be flat—and they did so at a very reasonable price. Very helpful, very professional.

Honest auto wrecking, I purchased a quater panel with a seat belt 3 weeks ago, then later we realized the seat belt was different but I went back and they exchanged it without any extra charges. Will buy again from them.

Very rude, very expensive and very bad parts. You need to check aftermarket parts first for body parts, it's always better than buying from those people in this scam place. I'm not voting for specific company, just trying to warn you from those thieves.I'm working on to file a claim against them for refusing to return a part with a receipt, let's find out if that place is legal and can actually stand a litigation.
