I own a 1986 Toyota Van and that is what it says on the pink slip. But on the driver side door, it says 1985. On the pick your part App, it says 1986, But on the van that's in their yard. It says 1985....Both vans look the same, but the wiring schematics are deferent....I'm trying to find out who's fault is it. Toyota or the DMV? 🤔

Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations >:-《 Lines were long here, but typical at this location. If you see something you want here don't wait too long because vehicles are rotated out sooner than typical due to it being in the L.A. area. They had 4 lines open but took 20 minutes check out. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

BEWARE: Predatory Practices and Terrible Inventory at LKQ Pick A Part Wilmington LKQ Pick A Part in Wilmington is hands down one of the worst places to go if you're looking for parts. Not only do they have the worst selection with barely any inventory, but their unethical practices make the whole experience even worse. If you're caught trying to take a part without paying, they don’t just confiscate the part—they take all of your tools at the gate. Then, they force you to buy the parts you tried to steal if you want your tools back. If you don’t have the money to pay for it? Well, good luck getting your tools. Behind them, there’s a pile of tools they’ve taken from people who couldn’t afford to buy the parts they returned, counting on the fact that people will be too Hopefully they changed management and stopped taking advantage of people with no money to get their property back. Worst lkq by far.

I went here a couple of times a few years ago, so this is the first place I thought about going this time for a part I need to see if I can save some money instead of buying on eBay but looking at all the recent reviews of people saying this place jacked up the prices has got me staying away from this place. There’s no way in hell I’m going to drive out 30-50 mins in LA traffic, go find the part myself, go take it out myself, and still pay a stupid price for it. I’ll just do it from the comfort of my home with a click of a button if I’m not going to be saving much. Y’all too greedy charging ridiculous prices. I suppose you’ll be asking for a tip as well? Chales. Miss me with that. Bring down the prices or start losing more and more business. The internet has just about everything someone needs. Such a shame. I was looking forward to going.

Lines are dead unless your selling a vehicle vessel. Email address reviled on their Facebook url; waiting on an answer. Be very very diligent, people attack cars, or something. Police has been notified.

Good customer service, bring your tools and pick your parts , you can find late models cars, from engines, transmission, electronics sensors , suspension, interior parts seats, bumpers moldings , wheels , doors , tailgates, etc , remember this place is self service you bring your tools and you remove your parts

Came to get a left side Rearview Mirror which shouldn't have been expensive considering I bought it faulty. The connection already shows missing contact pieces. I also purchased a rear view mirror which I also removed myself. After waiting in an extremely long line to purchase. 2/6 tellers Open, the Employee charges me, entrance fee which is paid at the door, and warranty that I never asked for. No place else Forces warranty. Then Charges me Cash for what I Believed to Be 2 used auto parts. Upon review of my recite is when I immediately noticed all the extra charges, and insisted on speaking to the manager. I explained he has an employee charging extra things, not asked for. Then the Manager asked if I told him beforehand that I didn't want the warranty, attempting to Discredit my complaints. And said I should have said something before the transaction was completed. No where in the premises does it say warranty included in price. And when I told him fine, what does the warranty cover he said anything including incompatibility and defect and unsatisfactory. So I left it at that. This was my first time here, and I feel because I'm a woman they attempted to con me out of what's supposed to be value prices! I'll be back soon, but I would warn others to thoroughly review what you're being charged for! Not a friendly place or cheap. Sexist cons!

I like this place I bought a tire and rim for $120 but it didn't fit my car so I took it back and I got all my money back no question ask.

Went to pick your part in Wilmington looking for a chevy v8 mass air flow sensor. Found one removed it and they were trying to charge me 85 dollars for it. Thankfully i didnt purchase it and i called oreillys auto parts they had a new one for sale at 65 dollars with no core charge. This pick your part is not worth it anymore they are overcharging customers!!!
- ssurak oc
Entrance fee is 3 USD not bad but for a 2 pieces plastic door panel of 27.50 USD that is expensive when it should have been just 10bucks.
- iilan kl
Prices higher than the pyp locations. Staff are rude. Better pick other locations.

Horrible phone customer service. No phone service period unless selling a car. Call number, go thru prompts, then phone hangs up. Continuously. Off site phone operators in another country who dont understand what you need and won't help otherwise. No way to contact anyone before traveling to any yard and no phone or online accountability. Next time ill try Amazon first, at least they have some sort of customer service.
- GGonzo Garcia
Difficult processes I had the core with me, but they still charged the core made me wait on another line for the core return and then back to the other line for a refund, had to wait in line 3 different times over 30 minutes

lkq corporation needs to see whats goin on .this yard is a mess. they up load pictures when the car comes in and after they put it on the line all parts are missing i think managers are selling all the good parts before the cars came out. this is false advertisement couse the picture show the car complete the soon you enter you dont find anything.all good engines and transmissions are gone. lkq corp you have to do something about it before you get sue for false advertisement and whach out for managers
- FFive_Six_Doos
It’s best if you look online FIRST before coming down to any LKQ to see if they have your car in stock, it’ll show what row and space the vehicle is in, which makes it a whole lot easier
- GGeorge Reynante
Expensive for old parts plus if you ask them to take the parts out it would costs more than the item
- JJ h

First time here, went with my dad and grandpa. Brian there was very helpful and we got the lifetime warranty on the battery I needed, which is awesome. Good prices and good customer service he gave us. We will definitely go back.

I totally understand that you can't take car parts into the yard. But JUMPER CABLES AND TIRE CHOCKS ARENT PARTS! They are TOOLS and they STOLE my tools!! Nowhere does it say you can't take jumper cables or tire chocks in. They were in my tool pack and they kept them on my way out. Horrible le service. Be careful
- pprimero ultimo

The sloppy cashier, I dontbknow his name, but he knows who he is. I went through and didn't even look at what I was purchasing, and then when I went to go out, the guys said that I hadn't paid for all of the stuff. The lazy cashier then told me that the pile a parts I had was 32 dollars..... for a few nuts, bolts and interior pieces.... he way over charged me because he didn't look at what he was selling me the first time, then the guys at the door had to bring the stuff back to him to ring it up again. . Lazy, just pure laziness. Absolutely disgusted by this person and the way he prices items. These places used to be an amazing place to find difficult parts. Now it's full of lazy people that don't make a person want to come back to shop here.

I used to come to the junk yard for cheap used parts. Now they sell everything double the price and it’s not even worth going anymore. Two struts brand spanking new on eBay range from 55$ to 80$ max oem parts. This junk of a yard had the audacity to offer both struts for 80$ each 145$ for both of them. What in the actual FREAK is wrong with them It’s a joke it’s a hoax now … Please don’t respond with the same response you give every one who gives you 1 star ⭐️ Ta bein pe n d. Nos todos de allí . Antes si me gustaba ir con mi papá pero ahora ya es un chiste donde roban tu dinero Son rateros
- GGame Ram
My review and experience there is one of the worst, most of the time the employees are very, very rude, when you arrive to the cashier's window, the price is si high, not exactly the right price on some items that are supposed to be less cheaper;ok you pull your parts, you do all the job, at the end is very expensive, sometimes many of them are a lot better price on the Internet, without bitter faces of the unhappy clerks 🤬😔
- DDavid Reese
Valuable asset for people who want parts for cars 10 to 15 years old.
- BBryan Morales
Good place to find parts at a reasonable price. But if you're not paying attention at the register they'll charge you for insurance on each piece you purchase.which adds up to a lot real quick. They don't ask either. Do pay attention and make sure you don't get charged for insurance you didn't ask for.
- jjacob rosales
The second time these thiefs steal my parts, this is the second time I visit this location and I always have terrible experiences here with the staff. Everytime I come here they check my box and the security guard will literally takes your belongings and than states that your taking the parts since they aren't marked. First of all of your going to check the tools you do it before and after. Then I tried talking to the manager and he stated "well I don't care if your stealing or if they are yours I'm going to throw them to the trash anyway" this is unnecessary and unprofessional.
- JJose A. Guinto
This location has the best prices in used parts for old cars in my case. Bryan was patient enough to compare prices and helped choose the right parts for my damaged car. Great customer service overall👌🏼
- JJimmy Kao
Traveled 30 miles to there to get a part that was listed on their website, the car wasn't at the spot listed, got a nice worker to check, he said I am not the only one to ask for that car this week. Long story short, car is gone and they didn't take it off the website. I asked if I can have my $5 entry back and the worker asked management and they denied the refund. Wow, I wasted 2 hours of my time and gas money and entry fee because this location is incompetent. Avoid if you can.
