Horrible place. I've seen the police there many times. They took advantage of my family too! They told me one price, and then did half the job and demanded the money anyways. The one time we were there, the police were called cause the owner demanded money for a job he didn't do. So much drama, avoid this place!

I’ve been using this place for quite some time now. I own a 2006 Tacoma and parts can be very difficult to find. They do a great job making sure to have good quality parts in stock that are a big pain to find. Every time I’ve gone I have been lucky because they had what I needed ready for pick up the same day at fair prices. The two older gentlemen at the counter are great but I like dealing with the younger guy there, he is extremely knowledgeable and always helps me if I have a question. Great shop and they also do installations!

I bought a rebuilt engine from them. My truck came back with a HUGE scratch on the door. I thought that was the end of it but they stood by their word, repaired and painted the door and after 2 years no leaks. Thank you

Bad bad place My dad bought a transmission for. 1994 Ford ranger here the guy said 750 out the door no taxes but when my das went back to pay for it he charge him 8hundred something he said the transmission be ready by 1 on Monday they didn’t have it ready they deliver it after 5 and when my dads mechanic put it in I didn’t work so he took it back and they say they would give him another one and my dad still waiting it’s been a long time so long he already rebuild the original and when we call to see what’s going on he says I will call you don’t call me I’ll let you know when I have it it’s been months and nothing happens

Don't even talk to these guys - they are crooks. Told us $100 on the phone (both of us heard it loud and clear), so I drive down there, and then they tell me when I get there that the part is $800. Total bait and switch.

Workers there are helpful but counter people are not truthful or help.i called for a grille with emblem for a Nissan Harbody. Was said there was one in good condition and with emblem. Supposedly have on hold with my name on it. Sent my dad and the people had no clue and when they did find the grille no emblem. They did come down on pricw but wouldn't meet me part way and basically said take it or leave it. They got stuff to do. Wow what customer service. Will never go back. Try somewhere else there prices Re too high anyway. I would give no stRs but yard staff was helpful.

These guys are great...A friend referred them and I was very impressed. They had the part I was looking for my Toyota truck that i called around for days trying to find (a certain sensor on the engine)and were so helpful and even installed it for me.

Avoid this place. He ripped me off. Told me once price on the phone, and then did a "bait and switch" and installed an inferior part. Then he wanted to charge me the full price anyways. I should have listened to the bad reviews ! Don't be a victim!

Avoid this place. Save your money and go somewhere else. Staff will do a bait and switch. Also, staff will say something but will write something else on receipt. And I was told the part will be impossible to find anywhere else but I was able to find the part within minutes after walking out for a better price too. I was lucky not to buy parts from this junkyard.

I wrecked my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. I found Fermans while searching google maps trying to find a used bed for my truck. They had one in a different color but were able to paint it for me and repair and paint all the other auto body damage done to the front end of my truck as well. I am blown away by the job done for my truck. They brought my truck back to life! Thanks guys!

I talked to Mr. William Amador on December 9, 2016 about a full unconditional refund for an incorrect part that was sent and he refused. Furthermore I followed up with Mr. Amador on December 11, 2016 with an email explaining that the wrong part was sent. Mr. Amador refused to give me a full unconditional refund even though I sent the part back to Fermans Truck. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card company to get my monies returned. This was an error on Ferman's Truck by not sending the correct part that I ordered and therefore I expect a full unconditional refund.
