They do not give you an address ahead of time because they don't want you to read their reviews before you go. Reading their reviews now, it looks like multiple people had the same problems I did. I drove 2 hours to see a car and when I got there they told me they wouldn't sell it to me that day and it didn't even start Also the oil dipstick was broken off in the pan and it smelled like animals got in to it. Do not waste your time with this business they do horrible work and try to hide it

I was with them today to buy a door for my connect transit to the phone they told me that they have it but when I arrived it turned out that it is gone, I drove over 2 hours I'm very dissatisfied with it ,and everything they told me we don't have a door figure it out as you want it's your problem

WORSE EXPERIENCE!!! I CALLED FOR A THROTTLE BODY PART THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID HE WAS GONNA CHECK FOR THE PART, THEN HE GETS BACK ON THE PHONE SAYS HE HAS THE PART ALREADY DISMANTLED AND I DONT NEED TO TAKE MY TOOLS, I DRIVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE FOR THEM JUST TO SAY WERE LOOKING FOR THE PART. AND CHICO COULDNT FIND IT SO I JUST LEFT!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND CHICO!!

Paid over $2700, for a used transmission and a used engine. They offered to install it. The transmission the installed was for a 2x4 NOT a 4x4 the engine they installed was filled with baked on oil and a slowly clogging oil pump. The transmission was also not shifting into 3rd gear. And the whole truck would die if you switched it from Drive to Reverse. Arron the guy I worked with told me I had a 1 year warranty. Which turned out to be a 1 week warranty and he never handed me a receipt that described the work to be done. Even after I asked him many times. Yes I should have seen the warning signs and yes even when Chico came up to me and told me to come back ANYTIME, he would take care of any problems. I didn't get the message. So I wasn't surprised when I went back to see if they could help me fix the transmission in any way. and was told to leave. Oh and I got a parking ticket sent to me while they had my truck. Just for good measure. Which they also refused to pay. Even though the ticket was issued with a nearby address and they had my truck at that time.

Called this morning and talked to Sisco. Asked him for a engine for a 94 f150 5.0 and was told he had it ready to pick up. I told him I will be on my way and it would take me a few hours to get there. I own a shop out in Riverside and this was about the only place that had the engine, so I decided to take the drive. When I arrived I was told by the old man he had the engine but it was from a mustang. Same 302 longblock but accessories are different. No biggie. I can replace them all. Then he said u need to come back tomorrow so we can pull it from our inventory. He showed me the engine and I was like are you serious. I just drove 2.5 hours to pick up the engine. And now your telling me to come back the next day. And he was like just coma back and we will have it ready. What a waste off time. Now I just lost half of day worth of work and 60$ of fuel for nothing. That's not the right way to do business. Now I decided to rebuild my customers existing engine to make sure my customers is happy. Should of done that since the beginning.

Good selection of brands and parts at good prices. Very friendly employees, fast service.They negotiate prices. They clean the parts before you take them home. The part that i do not like much is that you have to wait untill they remove the part, but you have the chance to see the part before they remove it for you.

It's a auto salvage yard I bought a motor from them got it in the car never even fired it up the motor had no compression. Called back and I am currently trying to work it out with "eddy to see if there is a fair resolution" if there is I will update this and depending on the resolution might add more stars as over all it wasn't a bad exsperience but given the fact I paid $1450 plus labor to get a motor with no compression I gave 1 star. Hopefully this can be resolved though.

Went inside office and lady said to us from a side room from office to go wait at the front gate and Chico will help us. Well we waited for about 15-20 minutes at front gate and various employees look at us but nobody ask or inquired what we needed but just ignored us. Super unprofessional!
