They are not honor the warrenty. Purchased the trans on 11/ 24/2024 and trans failed on 02/05/2025. They were put 90 days warrenty on car part.com web when I purchased and when I called for warrenty they said they change warrenty for 60 days.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against sva auto wrecking inc, from whom we purchased a used transmission for $2000, paid by check. The transmission came with a 90-day warranty. Upon installation, the transmission did not function correctly. We promptly informed the vendor of the issue. They instructed us to get the transmission calibrated and programmed. Despite completing these steps, the issue persisted. The vendor then suggested driving the car for 100 miles, which we did, but the problem remained unresolved. Subsequently, they recommended changing the caltech and agreed to cover the parts cost up to $1000. We complied with this request. After one week, they transferred $700 to us via Zelle, claiming this was their limit for the day and assured us the remaining $300 would be sent the next day. However, it has been two weeks and we have not received the rest of the refund. Furthermore, they are now avoiding our calls. We urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter. We have replaced the clutch, yet the car still requires a functioning transmission. We request that sva auto wrecking inc either provide a working transmission or issue a full refund

This is a chop shop. Not run as a business. They are crooks. Dealing with them makes you a crook too. Lazy rude and incompetent “staff” avoid at all costs.
