While other folks had a decent experience here I sure didn't. Waste of time. Obsolete part through the dealer. Their part number didn't match the one off my broken part. I was concerned. The guy blew me off and said "it'll work fine, I've sold 100's of these and it will work". My money and 4 hours later it did not "work fine". When I returned he, of course, didn't have the correct part after "looking". Total waste. Another example of uncaring, unprofessionalism. Just want your money.

Bad Customer Service the people who answer the phone very rude They will put you on hold for 30 minutes and after you get hold of somebody, they will ask you what year and model and right away you tried to answer they will talk over you and ask you to hold again!!!

Phoned Brad at AFAW for a hard to find piece! Brad was knowledgeable of my issue and assured me he could produce the part in question. I provided my info, as well as billing info, and Brad came through! He even went so far to return an incorrect part shipped by one of his suppliers to get the right part! Hector Garcia shipped us the incorrect part for our Mustang last year March 2021. He assured my hubby, Fred that it was the correct part. We were charged $350 for the part. We contacted Hector for a refund. He agreed and said it would be credited asap. We shipped the part back to him, contacted him again and we never got our money back. Therefore I am going to file a lawsuit against Mr. Garcia and request the statutory max plus interest. Update: 2/16/22 We received our refund today. Thank you!

Great price on a "02 rear axle assembly for f-250. Only problem is that I was told the price over the phone by David. When I got there, they said there is no David working there. Ha Ha, funny guy........he just wanted to be sure he didn't owe ME any money. They are both very nice guys.
