Hector Garcia shipped us the incorrect part for our Mustang last year March 2021. He assured my hubby, Fred that it was the correct part. We were charged $350 for the part. We contacted Hector for a refund. He agreed and said it would be credited asap. We shipped the part back to him, contacted him again and we never got our money back. Therefore I am going to file a lawsuit against Mr. Garcia and request the statutory max plus interest.Update: 2/16/22 We received our refund today. Thank you!

Had 3 wheels listed with picture. Spoke to saleperson over whole got company information and wanted to rum the card. Once I showed up and waited for about 30 mins for their guy to pull the wheel. It never existed. Poor customer service.

I wish there was zero star than one because the front disc people are just scam and wants get your money and give back you the broken parts just avoid shopping there or if you do be very careful and i waited for more than 45 minutes Worst customer service

They didn't have the part I was after.However, they took the time to actually go look to be sure before recomending another yard. Most these days send you packing unless you are looking for expensive stuff. Not these guys. You have a ford truck... Check here first!

I drove there to prove that the engine they have for sale said has the 75k miles turns out 167k the sale man got mad at his worker because he showed me the real miles. Be aware, why lie?

Great price on a "02 rear axle assembly for f-250. Only problem is that I was told the price over the phone by David. When I got there, they said there is no David working there. Ha Ha, funny guy........he just wanted to be sure he didn't owe ME any money. They are both very nice guys.
